Supporting Tacoma Families with Heart & Experience
Family is at the core of everything I do. As the oldest of six siblings and a mother of three, I’ve always been drawn to the joy and challenges of family life. My husband and kids are my world, and I’m grateful to call the beautiful Pacific Northwest our home. Growing up in a military family, I’ve lived in many places, but there’s something special about the PNW—its natural beauty and endless opportunities for adventure make it the perfect place to raise a family.
My love for nature is matched only by my passion for supporting others. Whether I’m hiking, camping, paddle-boarding, or taking a cold plunge, I feel most alive when I’m outside. I’m also a big believer in the power of self-care, finding peace in yoga, astrology, reading, cooking, and, of course, savoring a good cup of coffee and chocolate cake.
My journey into birth work began at eight years old when I witnessed the birth of my youngest sibling. I was in complete awe of the human body and the strength my Mom showed through her birth.
That experience, combined with my own experiences as a mother, inspired me to become a doula. For the past 18 years, I’ve worked with families as a preschool teacher, nanny, camp worker, behavioral therapist, and substitute teacher. Each role has deepened my commitment to providing compassionate, personalized care. I’m honored to help families navigate the transformative journey of parenthood with confidence and love.
